About
11th of the 11th Leutje Carnaval is the moment when Ter Apel goes completely wild and the carnival season officially kicks off. You experience an evening full of exuberant conviviality, where the music of DJ Evander gets you moving straight away and the atmosphere of the opening hour is infectious. The Bultruterscafé turns into a buzzing party temple where friends, neighbours and carnival lovers come together to celebrate that it is that time again.
Do come in fancy dress, because the more colourful and creative you appear, the better you blend into the party throng. The first barrel of beer is tapped for free at the Prince's expense, so raise a toast straight away to a great kick-off. In addition, every carnival group has a chance to win a HUBO kluspas worth 250 euros. Here you experience the warmth of the association and the relaxed atmosphere that makes this Leutje Carnaval so special.
